Thomas joined WorldBridge Partners of Omaha Banking Team in 2018 after spending 18 years in the banking and mortgage industry. Thomas believes being a successful recruiter is building long term relationships and understanding the client’s vision and what is important to them. Earning their trust, fulfilling their needs and partnering with the client are key components to Thomas’ recruiting process. Thomas discovered he had a passion for recruiting and recognizes the unique opportunity to help change peoples lives for the better is a rewarding career. Thomas works in the West Texas area and speaks with community, regional and national banks providing them solutions to their human capital needs. Thomas graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration where he also played collegiate baseball. He enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 children and for the past 5 years has coached his son’s select youth baseball team in Omaha. A healthy balance of career and family is important to Thomas, his family and his clients.
