Before joining Neumann Executive, Agata founded and led her own executive search and consulting firm, where she played a pivotal role in helping high-growth companies and small startups identify top talent and formulate long-term talent strategies. Her earlier career saw her gaining invaluable experience at both a local executive search boutique and an international search and selection firm, where she successfully led middle and senior-level assignments. Agata’s extensive experience spans a diverse array of sectors, including consumer goods, retail & distribution, digital, healthcare, TMT, and TSL. Her projects have predominantly focused on the Polish and Central Eastern European markets, delivering tailored solutions for both established corporations and dynamic startups. A graduate of the University of Warsaw and a certified ICC coach, Agata holds an MA in Adult Education. She is fluent in both Polish and English.
