Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a lawyer advising companies on commercial and banking practices and as executive and financial director of service companies. She has a degree in Law and Economics from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (PUJ) in Bogotá, a Master's in Insurance Law from the same university, and an Executive Master's in Human Resources from Centro de Estudios Garrigues in Madrid.
