Mark has devoted his professional career to education, with 20 years of experience serving in various administrative roles at an independent secondary school and two universities. Before entering the executive search industry in 2017, Mark was the Director of College Counseling at St. Joseph’s Preparatory School in Philadelphia, where he also served as Dean of Students. In addition to managing his own caseload, Mark oversaw the college counseling department of a school that enrolled just under 1,000 students. Additionally, Mark is an experienced admissions officer having worked in admissions at Fordham University and the University of Scranton. Mark has served as a member of the National Association of College Admission Counseling (NACAC) and the Jesuit High School College Counselors Association (JHSCCA).
