Raj worked for 20 years across international banks in India, namely, Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank, DBS Bank where he was the Sr Vice President. Since 2008 he has been a serial entrepreneur setting up multiple lines of business across Financial Service Distribution, a Boutique Investment Bank and now co-founded Confluence group which is an Executive Search and Training company in Mumbai, India. The company works across Financial Services, Fintech, Animation, Big Data/AI/ML/Analytics and Hospitality and are proud member-owners at NPA WORLDWIDE. Raj is also the India Area Head for NPA Worldwide and has interest in Philosophy, Ancient Indian Culture and loves to take road trips with his family across the country.
