As an Executive Search Consultant in Hamburg at GET AHEAD, I have been concentrating on finance with a focus on payment & banking as well as on public, not-for-profit & NGOs since 2019 . I am particularly fascinated by the interface between the digital world of finance and traditional banking : the clash of one-click financial products and personal branch support, the interaction of global technology giants, small players and traditional providers in the market. There's a lot going on in the industry and I enjoy advising you on your journey. Before my time in HR consulting, I worked in science for a long time . I took three things with me from this time: Curiosity, a systematic approach and a high standard of content. When I speak to clients and candidates, I really want to understand their issues.
