Sarah specialises in Executive search for our HR practice and has over 25 years of experience in senior Human Resources roles across a range of industry sectors including Telecoms/Technology and Professional Services. Sarah is a Fellow member of the CIPD with extensive experience in helping organisations navigate periods of significant change, including M&A and organisational/cultural change. Sarah is also a qualified and experienced Executive and Change coach, an accredited Firework Career Coach, a Master NLP practitioner, and NLP Hypnotherapist! Sarah’s experience gives her a unique perspective into the demands and challenges faced by the most senior of leaders. Regarded as their trusted adviser, Sarah combines both her extensive HR/Leadership experience and her coaching skills to create enormous value and insight to our practice and clients alike. Outside of work, Sarah is Mum to two teenage daughters and Teddy the Cavapoo! She loves outdoor Boot Camp and reading (usually psychology or neuroscience books!). Having experienced an unexpected family journey into neurodiversity, Sarah is deeply passionate about neurodiversity, mental health and helping organisations and leaders to create truly inclusive work environments and practices.
