Kyle is a Principal with Taylor Ryan and leads the Construction & Technical Division. Working with a growing team of top talent Kyle is focused on delivering a premier client and candidate experience. Kyle has a track record of successful placements across Canada, focused in the Vancouver construction market.

Kyle is actively involved in the Vancouver construction industry, sitting on various boards and executive committees, including the VRCA U40 and Education Committees. Kyle also hosts the Taylor | Ryan interview series sharing great advice and lessons learned from industry leaders.

Kyle holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Criminology, contributing to his ability to assess candidate fit into client organizations, beyond the sum total of education, experience and identified skills.
