Isabel Walker’s career in executive search evolved through a career in human resources with executive leadership roles at Ericsson, Banco Santander and Citi Bank. In 2002, Isabel partnered with Pia Puebla to create the retained executive search firm – InQuest Consultores.

In May 2021, InQuest Consultores merged it’s retained executive search practice with The ExeQfind Group and professional recruitment practice with The QualiFind Group – both based in the United States.

InQuest Consultores will continue forward as a human resources and compensation structures consulting practice for Latin America. Isabel’s experience and knowledge within Latin America’s diverse compensation structures is a great resource for our clients of executive search.

Isabel holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a major in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile. Isabel is also a certified Ontological Coach.
