Michael graduated from the University of Waterloo with a B.Sc. in Biology, and later attained MBA certification from the University of Ottawa. He joined Lock in 2002 after acquiring in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry with two major players. Especially adept at dealing with complex requirements, Michael understands both the functional and logistical elements within specialized roles. After many years of meeting and talking with clients and candidates he still gets excited about the process and the solution. He has the capacity to instill trust, and the commitment to deal in the exceptional. Dancing around the bush isn’t Michael’s style.
