After many years in various management positions in the catering sector and studying psychology, in-depth knowledge of human behavior and organizational dynamics is an integral part of my toolkit. My particular passion and expertise is in setting up departments and structures for growth companies. My professional journey began as a social manager in the public sector, then I moved into HR consulting. There I filled a wide variety of positions in sectors such as the automotive industry, aviation, mechanical engineering, and the energy and oil and gas industries. Further HR positions followed, focusing on recruiting, personnel development, and company and team building. To this day, I enjoy being used as a sparring partner at various management levels. It is particularly important to me to repeatedly explain the importance of HR as a critical success factor for healthy company growth - which also triggered the start of my work as an HR interim manager. I am the father of two daughters who not only give me the motivation for my everyday tasks, but have also made me a founder: Based on my experiences as a father, I founded GK Solutions GmbH together with my brother in 2020 to develop innovative children's spoons - the Spoonies.
