Michele Gil is Managing Partner and owns 51% of Chrisman & Company making it a minority and woman-owned firm. With more than 25 years of recruiting and management experience with the firm, she leads searches for mid to senior and executive management positions, as well as for corporate board appointments and C-level positions for prominent clients in banking and financial services. She has a particular focus on board of director, retail/consumer banking, private banking/wealth management, human resources, and marketing searches. She has experience consulting with clients’ senior management teams on issues concerning staffing needs and career development as well as defining search strategy, including research and candidate identification and evaluation. Additionally, Mrs. Gil is responsible for managing all aspects of Chrisman & Company’s operations. Mrs. Gil began her career at Chrisman & Company in 1992 as a part-time research assistant, joining the firm full-time immediately following her graduation from the University of Southern California. Working closely with the firm’s founder, Timothy Chrisman, a search industry veteran, Mrs. Gil has developed extensive knowledge of the search and recruitment process, and its internal and external complexities. Mrs. Gil holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California. She served on the Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Committee as well as the Women in Banking Committee for the Western Bankers Association and is currently a board member of the International Bankers Association of California. She resides in Pasadena with her husband, Chris, and their two daughters.
