Sean has been in the staffing industry over 12 years, previously working in institutional mutual fund sales. Over the last six years he’s been a team manager and was the Regional Director for the province of Quebec at Canada’s largest IT recruiting firm managing a team of 45 recruiters and over 400 consultants across two offices. He was approached in 2014 to take on a monumental challenge – to turn around a failing IT branch. By fixing the culture, making the right personnel choices and creating a shared vision with the team, he managed to grow the $8M branch into a $40M regional powerhouse and took the team from 10 to 45 people.

With the help of his friends, colleagues and fellow outlaws, he now begins his next mission – pursuing a dream of building a staffing empire from the ground up in Montreal for Vaco. Sean also has a slight Redbull addiction. He is convinced if he stops drinking them, he will never wake up again.
