Paulina has been a member of Nigel Wright Group in Amsterdam since 2019 where she is responsible for recruitment activities across BeNeLux. As a consultant, she focuses on specialist, mid-level and executive functions within the consumer and retail sector across all disciplines. Her expertise lies within search and selection, providing support to clients and candidates alike. She adopts a consultative and friendly approach which has allowed her to build a strong reputation in the market. Paulina holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management obtained at Vrije University Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from University of Warsaw.
