Ali Sparrow joined CarterBaldwin in 2018 as a Search Coordinator. A native Californian, Ali graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History from University of California, Los Angeles. After working for former President and Mrs. Reagan as Director of Special Events for The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation organizing conferences, lectures and community events, Ali accepted a position as Chief of Staff to Mrs. Newt Gingrich in Atlanta. Before joining CarterBaldwin, Ali was Chief of Staff to the leadership team at Convergent Media Systems. When not spending time with family and friends, Ali enjoys watching her daughter play lacrosse or channeling her inner artist by painting on canvas.
