Hilo has 30 years career of international business experience and has held CMO, COO, and Country Manager positions for IT startups such as Quinland, and HotelQuickly. He also worked for a consulting firm in San Francisco. He is a specialist in and has a wide personal network in branding, Ad, PR, online marketing, Marketing Automation, CRM, Integrated Marketing Communication and E-commerce. He previously worked for Hakuhodo, Xilinx, and several start-up IT companies, before joining Leverage LLP to focus on executive search. He has a BA in Law from Aoyama Gakuin University and holds a license of Information Technology from the extra-departmental organization of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
