As a Principal of TriVista’s Supply Chain Practice, Franklin has over 25 years of experience partnering with management teams to create value and enhance EBITDA through supply chain transformations.
Franklin leads and executes supply chain projects for clients globally in cost and margin improvement, procurement spend rationalization, low-cost country supplier development, inventory optimization and integration of supply and demand planning.

Franklin has a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and an MBA in Operations Management from University of Miami. He also holds bachelor’s degrees in Applied Engineering and Mathematics from Rutgers University.
