Kate is a Partner leading Leathwaite’s Professional Services practice, acting for private practice law firms, big 4 accountancy firms and wider consultancies. She supports clients with partner-level executive search, senior functional mandates and due diligence both in the UK and also internationally. In addition, Kate has a background in delivering in-house legal and corporate governance searches and leads the firm’s Company Secretary practice globally. She works closely with FTSE corporate and financial services clients. Kate joined Leathwaite in 2016 from Hedley May, where she spent seven years specialising in legal, compliance and company secretary mandates. She has extensive experience in all the major European economies, the US and across the Asia Pacific region. She began her career at Whitehead Mann in both London and Hong Kong in the legal, governance and risk practice. Kate graduated from the University of York with a BA (Hons) in Politics & Sociology.
