Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr Radjasa was the CEO of Mercer Indonesia, where he managed its entire business spectrum, covering Health - Wealth - Human Capital Consulting.

He has deep experience in leading large projects around Human Resources Transformation, reward design strategy and implementation, competency modelling, variable incentive design, performance management design, talent management and others.

Mr Radjasa plays an active role in advising key executives in Ministry of State-Owned-Enterprise, and also various board members from local companies, multinational companies, and SOEs.

Mr Radjasa has extensive experience working with clients in public, oil & gas, telecommunications, FMCG, manufacturing, and petrochemical companies, as well as Family-Owned Business and SOEs.

Mr Radjasa received his Master of Business Administration from IPMI Business School and is a Doctoral candidate from Universitas Pelita Harapan.
