Christopher Byrnes is a Managing Director and Partner in the Corporate & Investment Banking Division of The Madison-Davis Group, Inc., an Executive Search Firm specializing in Financial Services. Chris joined Madison-Davis in 1989 to assist a Senior Partner in starting up and building a new division focusing in Investment Banking. For the past 32 years, he has been responsible for new business development and recruiting in Investment Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking and Capital Markets in a wide range of Industry and Product Groups including: Private Placements, Mergers and Acquisitions, Leveraged Finance, Securitization, Loan Syndications, Fixed Income Sales and Trading, Debt Capital Markets, Project Finance and the Industry coverage groups. Prior to joining Madison-Davis, Chris spent nine years in Corporate & Investment Banking and Accounting after graduating from Franklin & Marshall College with a B.A. in Accounting in 1979. Chris continued a graduate program at Fordham University and completed his M.B.A. in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1989
