Chris is the CEO of Nace Partners and founded the firm in 2015. Over the last two decades, Chris has spent his career building teams and working with leadership at many of the top technology companies. Before starting Nace Partners, Chris was a Practice Leader at a boutique technology search firm based in New York City, where he focused on leadership and engineering roles for venture-backed technology companies. He lives in Rye, NY, and has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and four young children, golfing, and fishing. Additionally, he is an active angel investor and participates in several volunteer organizations.
