Adam is a Founding Member and Partner of Long Ridge Partners. His experience recruiting for Alternative Investment Managers spans more than 20 years. He has witnessed and played a role in the dramatic evolution Alternative Investment Managers have undergone in the past twenty years and has worked closely with Long Ridge’s clients to assist in their growth and institutionalization. When not working, Adam enjoys being at the beach and in the ocean with his family. Outside of his professional life, Adam finds solace and joy in the beach and the ocean, often spending quality time there with his loved ones.
