Hi, I’m John! I specialise in temporary appointments within the public sector in London. Spencer Clarke Group is the perfect place for me because of my love for working with people. Being a good recruiter is so much more than finding people jobs; it’s about understanding your candidates inside and out, what their goals and aspirations are and finding a business who have the same values and beliefs. I love getting into the details of what my candidates want from their career and it fills me with great pleasure when they thrive in a role which I have placed them in. My colleagues would describe me as energetic, determined and driven and I pride myself on delivering a superior service to other agencies. Prior to joining Spencer Clarke Group, I spent 16 years working in hospitality for big names such as Living Ventures and Jamie Oliver. I learnt many skills during these years which I have transferred over into the world of recruitment! Outside of work, I’m a huge music fan and I can often be found at various gigs and live events around the North West during my spare time.
