Nils Jørgen mainly focuses on board recruitment and executive selection in the private sector and has extensive experience in supporting private equity portfolio companies. He works with most sectors, although the bulk of his experience is in the fields of industry, finance, business development and technology.​ ​ Nils Jørgen has more than 10 years’ experience in the private sector, five years in international market roles at a listed Swedish industrial business and more than five years with an international executive search company in Oslo. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Market Communication and has worked to develop and implement market strategies at the European level.​ ​ In addition, he has a good understanding of international matrix companies and the mechanisms present in such businesses. As a result, he is quick to grasp the challenges facing many of Visindi’s clients. Nils Jørgen also has 10 years’ experience as a professional salmon guide, which taught him about customer relations and service-mindedness from an early age.​
