Denis began legal recruitment career in 1985, and in 1991 he co-Founded Career Legal. Denis assisted in building Career Legal into an award-winning business, twice winner of Legal Recruitment Firm of The Year (Recruitment International). Featured on PWCs website `A Case Study for Success`. He also assisted and advised several major law firms who had undertaken a range of `Change programmes` to improve efficiency. He Hosted and organised the largest seminar in relation to legal support staff at The Law Society attended by 180 delegates from 120 law firms. Has had a number of articles published in The Lawyer, The Times, London Evening Standard on the legal recruitment sector. In his spare time Denis enjoys spending time with his family, travelling and he also manages and coaches a football team!
