Paula joined Walker Hamill in 2023 as a Researcher and has since progressed to Associate Consultant, with a focus on private equity roles. She has a particular interest in candidates seeking to enter private equity and growth capital, with either M&A/investment banking, strategy consulting or Big 4 professional services backgrounds. She graduated with a degree in Psychology and International Relations from the University of St. Andrews and speaks Spanish and German fluently.
