Kazumasa Omura has been engaged in executive search for almost all of his professional experience in the past 20 years.Prior to joining TRANSEARCH, he spent 15 years with a leading Japanese executive search firm, where he led consumer & retail, healthcare, IT, professional services and industry practices.He participated in setting up TRANSEARCH Japan as a member of the board and executes search assignments for various senior management positions with a focus on Consumer & Retail, Life Sciences, Industry and Professional services.
