Nikhil brings with him more than eighteen years of international consulting and industry experience across communications, software and IT sectors. As a strategy and operations consultant, he led and orchestrated multiple business transformations and turnarounds for global technology clients and gained deep understanding of emerging technology trends and ecosystems. He is focused on Communications, Software, IT and Professional Services sectors.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Nikhil served as the Global Head of Management Operations at Nokia, responsible for driving sales strategy, business operations and analytics. Prior to that, he was an Associate Partner at Monitor Deloitte advising Fortune 500 high-tech and communications clients on corporate and business unit strategy, business model transformation, performance improvement and salesforce effectiveness. Nikhil began his career as a research and development engineer at Bell Labs.

Nikhil received an MBA from IIM Kozhikode and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Karnataka University in India.
