Anna Power is a consultant in Caldwell’s Charleston office, where she supports executive search execution across several industries. Anna focuses on the recruitment senior-level professionals through search strategy development, and client outreach and engagement. Additionally, Anna is a team lead for Predictive Index training and implementation across the firm as well as supporting Caldwell’s clients in PI analysis and reporting. Prior to her role as a consultant, Anna advanced to associate from a project coordinator in the Industrial Practice. She joined Caldwell from Marsh & McLennan Companies, where she was a lead coordinator in the Executive Services team. She managed Marsh & McLennan’s participation at the World Economic Forum as well as various Board of Directors and Executive Committee hosted events.
