Serving companies, whatever the format, from project to construction, from the spirit of conquest to questioning; this is Nathalie's passion. At Leaders Trust since 2017 she has been developing coaching and executive search activities for the infrastructure, energy and large industry sectors and for the public sector. Previously Nathalie has contributed for 20 years to the transformation of the big French energy operators, leading a complete executive career: operations, energy trading, risk management, IPO, international development, GDF-Suez merger... Since 2008 she has been using her experience of complex situations and change management to support any company in its transformation, taking into consideration the point of view of all stakeholders. Nathalie graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and ENSAE, and is a certified coach by IFOD and Alter & Coach. She is a member of Institut Français des Administrateurs and non exec director in the non-profit world, in particular for the Ecole Polytechnique alumni community.
