On joining Howgate Sable in 2011, Nick combined his passion for aviation and technical expertise in Executive Search to build the Aviation Practice at Howgate Sable. Nick works with a wide variety of global aviation clients and recruits at Senior management, Director and main Board level. He has delivered searches in Flight and Ground Operations, Engineering, Commercial and Support functions such as HR and Finance. Nick’s personal interest in the sector and subject matter expertise mean he is often called upon to advise on trends and developments in the market. He is passionate about the future of the industry from a safety and service perspective and starts every new project with the central aim of delivering the best-in-class candidate that will add industry leading operational, commercial and cultural value to his clients.
