Rediat Mersha joined Isaacson, Miller as an Associate in 2021. Before joining the firm, Rediat was an Admissions Officer at Dartmouth College tasked with supporting access programming and recruiting students from across the country and the Middle East. Prior to her work with Dartmouth, she earned her BA in Sociology at Kenyon College where her studies, work with the Admissions office, and involvement with affinity and activism groups inspired her passion for EDI work and closing opportunity gaps.
