Sukhwant commenced his career as a Corporate Psychologist with Hoggett Bowers, PA Consulting and Kiddy & Partners, where he specialised in leadership development and senior level coaching and assessment. Since joining AIMS International UK, he has partnered with a wide range of organisations to devise development and leadership programmes which have been instrumental in helping to successfully develop and retain key talent and, as a result, have better positioned the organisations for change and growth.
