I have been working in recruitment for 12 years. After graduating from Leicester University where I studied Medical Genetics, I knew I wanted to be in a commercial role, working with people and still having new technology at the forefront – and recruitment filled both of these. I have worked at CSG for over 7 years, and have been involved in building the Scientific arm of our offerings in the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector. With extensive experience operating within Life Sciences & Healthcare, many of my clients and expertise lie within Molecular Diagnostics – something I am personally very interested in – working with Genomics, Infectious Diseases and Oncology. I prefer to work on retained solutions with my clients, as I feel being an extension of a business and having mutual commitment provides the best outcomes. Some of my projects have involved recruiting for a new commercial organisation across the EU looking to hire a new team for a new product launch within Molecular Diagnostics. My main geographical strengths lie within EMEA, however, I have had success in North America also.
