Thomas Suter is Managing Partner, co-owner, and founder of Viavanta. He has 15 years of experience in international executive search, focusing on management and board-level executives in the retail, consumer goods, and digital/ICT sectors. Together with Thomas Muhmenthaler, he invented and established the Multiple Search Initiative, which underscores Viavanta's unique sales position as a trendsetter in recruitment in Switzerland. Before founding Viavanta in 2016, he headed a well-known Swiss executive search firm and held leading positions focusing on sales and customer service in the consumer goods industry and tourism. As a member of Kestria's global Technology Practice, an alliance of boutique executive search firms in more than 40 countries with more than 600 consultants, he has been providing his clients with his expertise as a trusted insider for years. Thomas is married, the father of two teenagers, and holds a degree in business administration. He enjoys spending his free time in the mountains, biking or skiing depending on the season, and has a second home in the beautiful Engadine valley. Travel, fine dining, and spending time with good friends are also important to him.
