Erin is a Partner at BraddockMatthews and brings over 15 years of combined experience in both executive search and the financial service industry, having previously recruited senior-level asset management talent at both HigdonBraddockMatthews and Conley & Co. Erin conducts searches for senior investment and non-investment professionals for asset management, private equity and venture capital firms as well as hedge funds and endowments, foundations and family offices. Erin earlier spent seven and one-half years in the asset management, private banking, and wealth management businesses of Merrill Lynch in New York. Before Merrill, she was an Associate at Douglas C. Lane & Associates, a New York based registered investment advisor. Erin received her B.S. in Business and Economics, cum laude, from Lehigh University.
