Originally from New Zealand, Warren grew up in Auckland and studied Finance and Accounting at the University of Auckland. After graduating, he worked in business banking before moving to Sydney to pursue a career in recruitment. Warren spent five years recruiting within financial services before joining TOM’s Audit, Risk, and Compliance team in July 2023. He recruits mid to senior-level candidates in both Financial and Operational Risk Management for banks and financial services firms. Warren is most complimented on his deep subject-matter expertise and his genuine approach to building strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. Personally, Warren is a passionate Sydney Roosters supporter and a keen golfer. If Warren could spend a year learning a new skill, it would be: honing his golf game.
