Prior to joining Landing Point, Damon spent over 20 years at National and Regional recruiting firms as a Partner and Division Director. Damon’s recruiting career has focused on working with Accounting/Finance professionals at all levels within Financial Services. His deep relationships in the Banking, Asset Management, Private Equity, Hedge Fund, and Real Estate industries make him one of the tri-state area’s industry leaders on recruiting in this space. Damon enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children and is an avid tennis and softball player.
