After training as a fully qualified lawyer and being admitted to the bar in Germany, Björn Mentzer worked from 1994 until 2010 as Managing Director of a medium-sized, export led company in the electronics industry. In 2010, he obtained a further qualification as a business mediator. In addition to his work as a lawyer, he has also been active as an entrepreneurial consultant with worldwide assignments, in particular as Vice President and member of the Executive Board. Björn Mentzer has extensive market knowledge in the material handling, machinery and production industries.
