I am a Director and senior member of pac executive responsible for the appointment of “C” Suite, General and Senior Management as well as Specialist, and Technical roles across Insurance and Superannuation. I commenced my career in Sydney in 1998 with a specialist Insurance and Superannuation recruitment firm. Within 18 months I was asked to open the Victorian branch and spent the following 5 years building a successful Melbourne operation across Superannuation, Life and General Insurance. In 2005, I made the move to executive search joining a large domestic group, focusing on the broader Financial Services industry, before joining Primary Asset Consulting (now pac executive) in 2007. I have an extensive professional network, and an even deeper love of working with the Insurance and Superannuation sectors. I believe I have made a significant difference to my clients (and the markets in which they operate), organisational results and individual career progression.
