Christina Hofmann graduated as an interpreter and translator for French and Spanish with a focus on economics. Building on her additional qualification as a human resources manager, Ms. Hofmann began her professional career as a human resources consultant at the Bayerischer Hof Hotel in Munich. There, she gained exposure to the full spectrum of human resources work in an international environment and discovered her passion for recruiting. In order to be able to concentrate exclusively on this, she switched to personnel consulting after four years and has now been working there for 20 years. At TALENTspy, Christina oversees the Financial Services division, focusing on banks, insurance companies, FinTech, InsurTech, and other payment service providers. Her areas of expertise include strategy, business development, transformation, growth, and analytics.
