Born and raised on a farm in the Allgäu region, Ottmar Hindelang has always had a close connection to the agricultural industry. After studying business administration, he initially worked for several years as a human resources manager in large trading and manufacturing companies in Bavaria. He then spent almost two decades as managing director of a medium-sized agribusiness company with locations in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg. Ottmar Hindelang has been a partner at Dr. Schwerdtfeger Personalberatung since 2016. With his extensive management experience and deep industry understanding, he supports clients in southern Germany in filling specialist and management positions. In his private life, he finds balance in nature – preferably cycling or in the mountains.
