Anne-Charlotte joined Coulter Partners from L3S Partnership, a French Life Sciences recruitment firm. She started her career in cancer research at the French National Research Center (CNRS) and after initial experience as a Sales Manager at Air Liquide Healthcare, started her career in search, recruiting engineers. Further experience with PA Consulting Group, setting up and developing the Life Sciences sector, as well as L2S and Korn Ferry, conducting executive search assignments for a range of commercial, technical and generalist positions. A native French speaker, Anne-Charlotte is fluent in English and holds a PhD in biochemistry.
