Alden is a generalist search partner to his clients having covered intermediate to C-level search requirements in sales and marketing, mobile commerce, human resources, supply chain, technology functions, and in industries such as Retail, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Automotive, Transportation and Consumer Electronics. He also successfully spearheaded operational excellence initiatives, brand awareness/marketing campaigns, and high-volume staffing engagements. Alden holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Arts Studies from the University of the Philippines, Diliman.
