Originally from New York, Olivia worked for notable luxury brands in both America and Australia working her way up to a Client Relationship and Sales Manager where she recruited for and trained a team. Olivia realized her passion for people and the importance they play in a business, thus beginning her Recruitment career. Prior to her venture to Australia, Olivia studied Property and was trained and mentored within her family Property Investment business where she learned her passion for the industry. Olivia now specializes in Sales & Marketing Recruitment for Redpath Partners across the full property lifecycle for Sydney and Melbourne. Positive spirited and diligent in nature, Olivia utilises her ability to listen to requirements and identify a solution, endeavoring to create a strategic partnership and long term fit for all parties.
