In my previous recruitment jobs, I was in contact with CFOs and Business Controllers a lot. Working with them gave me a lot of energy. Getting to know these financials well and mediating them is the best thing there is. I think it is important to understand the industry, culture and ambitions of organizations well, and to connect this with the qualities of a person. So that lasting relationships are entered into. At LIME, I therefore focus on permanent positions.
