Christina leads searches for True’s Finance practice across the consumer sector. She partners with high growth consumer businesses at all stages, from series A startups through publicly traded companies, with a particular focus on private equity firms. Christina brings more than a decade of global executive search experience. She began her search career in the financial officers practice at CTPartners and then the human capital management practice at Goldman Sachs. Prior to joining True, Christina was a partner for the consumer and retail practice at H.I. Executive Consulting. Before that, Christina was the director of business development at Martens & Heads where she led C-suite searches for beauty, fashion and lifestyle brands. Christina holds a bachelor’s degree in english from Wesleyan University and is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy.
