Cécile Vignial joined Segalen+associés in September 2019 as Principal, in Paris Cécile brings 25 years of experience in financial services, particularly risk management and insurance. She has spent most of her career at the OECD in the Financial and Business Affairs Department as a Senior Administrator and then Senior Advisor. Cécile has led numerous projects on the assessment and coverage of catastrophic and emerging risks, issues she is passionate about. Cécile graduated from the Institut Politique de Paris and holds an MSc from the London School of Economics. She enjoys kitesurfing and ski touring.
