Jess joined Norman Broadbent in February in 2019 and has supported the Norman Broadbent Executive Search, Interim Management, and Leadership Consulting business practices for assignments across a broad range of sectors. Jess is also a member of the British Army Reserves and History graduate from the University of Birmingham.
