Maria joined Erevena in 2012 and is a Partner with twenty years of experience in executive search. Maria leads Erevena’s European work in FinTech and InsureTech. She also leads Erevena’s Board practice group. She brings deep experience across a range of functions, particularly in General Management/Operations and Commercial Leadership roles and works across a range of Consumer and B2B clients across payments, online investment, lending, banking, insurance and financial technology. Recent clients include Nutmeg (acquired by JP Morgan), Bought By Many (EQT, Octopus), Curve (IDC), Preqin and Hokodo (Korelya) as well as more scaled clients such as Ingenico (Apollo). She works with a number of well-known funds, including Balderton Capital, EQT & Vitruvian Partners. Previously, Maria was a Director at The Cornell Partnership and worked for MWM Consulting, a leading Board Practice Group.
